How to score

First, Yes or No. Does this exist in your company at all, in any form? No scores 0 and moves on. Yes opens three ratings from 1 (weak) to 5 (excellent): Maturity, how developed and consistent it is; Evidence, how much documented proof supports it; and Deployment, how consistently it is actually used across the business.

Two simple rules. Evidence can't be higher than your maturity allows: maturity 1 allows evidence up to 1, maturity 2 up to 3, maturity 3 up to 4, and maturity 4 or 5 up to 5. Deployment can't be higher than evidence. The screen greys out numbers that aren't allowed.
